Christina Cefai started her ballet training at The Dance Workshop in 1999 and began her contemporary dance training in 2008. Christina’s passion for dance led her to further her studies, obtaining her Diploma in Dance education in 2021. Christina graduated with a B.Eng (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and completed two consecutive LifeCycle challenges in aid of renal patients. Her love for dance, sports and mechanics has led her to specialize in movement analysis, and was awarded the Degree of Master of Science in Sport and Clinical Biomechanics (Liverpool John Moores University) in 2021 and currently works within a sport medicine team in movement rehabilitation and running technique.
