Thea de Gray began her ballet training at the age of three. In 2025, she completed her ISTD Advanced 2 Cecchetti Ballet qualification. Throughout her time at The Dance Workshop, she has also trained in Contemporary and Modern Dance.

During her training, Thea competed in the Tanya Bayona Cecchetti Awards, where she was awarded first runner-up. She has attended several dance courses both locally and abroad, including the English National Ballet Summer Intensive and Elmhurst Summer Intensive.

Thea has also been involved in projects with PK Projects, including Culture Pass, as well as Moveo Junior Company’s production of The Nutcracker. Through The Dance Workshop, she participated in the Malta International Arts Festival’s Young Creators in Motion, performing works choreographed by Jade Farrugia, Francesca Rubei, and Pamela Kerr.

Alongside her dance training and experience, Thea is currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of Malta.
